We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in programming CNC machines to produce high-quality components. This role requires proficiency in CAD software and an understanding of lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes. The CNC Programmer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our machinery operates efficiently and meets the specifications required for each project.

Hours : 1st shift, 6 : 00am-4 : 00pm

Duties

• Develop and modify CNC programs using CATIA and other CAD software to meet design specifications.
• Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines, ensuring precision and accuracy in fabrication.
• Utilize measuring tools such as micrometers to verify the dimensions of finished products against technical drawings.
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot issues related to machining processes.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Maintain detailed documentation of programming changes, setups, and production runs.
