Job Summary:


Adrenalin Attractions is seeking Skilled Fabrication Carpenters to join our team of experienced professionals. This role focuses on assembling CNC-produced wood pieces, performing finish carpentry, and handling general framing tasks. Ideal candidates will have a diverse skill set in wood fabrication, including proficiency with saws, mills, lathes, and other woodworking tools. They should also be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of contributing to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adhering to company protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Assemble CNC-produced wood components with precision and attention to detail.

Perform high-quality finish carpentry work, including custom installations and trim.

Handle general framing tasks as required for project builds.

Operate woodworking machinery such as saws, mills, lathes, and other specialized tools.

Collaborate with project leads and other team members to meet project timelines.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety standards are followed.

Accurately input data into the company CRM and project management software, Monday.com, to ensure up-to-date project tracking and reporting.

Comply with all company procedures, protocols, and quality assurance standards.

Work with a variety of materials, applying advanced woodworking techniques.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly and fabrication processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in carpentry and wood fabrication, with a strong emphasis on CNC assembly.

Proficiency in operating a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery.

Expertise in finish carpentry and general framing techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, and technical drawings.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with data entry and using project management software like Monday.com.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with large-scale fabrication projects or custom builds.

Familiarity with themed entertainment or experiential fabrication.

Advanced knowledge of various wood types and their applications in fabrication.
