Any active, unrestricted state license will work (will need CSR if state requires it)

Airfare, Ldoging and Rental Care included!

When : ASAP and ongoing

Clinic Hours & OR hours : 7 : 30a-4 : 30p

On Call Hours include weekends, holidays, evenings and nights (Mon-Fri on call 4 : 30p-7 : 30a, Weekends Friday 4 : 30p until Monday 7 : 30a)

Types of cases : cardiac surgery, orthopedic joint replacement, and major vascular, thoracic, neurosurgical, plastic, ENT, urologic and ophthalmologic operations.

Requirements

BLS and ACLS req'd

BC req'd (NBCRNA)

DEA req'd
