Position Summary

We're looking for a PRN PMHNP to join our team! The position is primarily responsible for conducting psychiatric evaluations, medication consultation and collaboration with care team as needed. The position will provide pharmacological treatment, if indicated, and request and review any needed lab work. Position collaborates with team members, care givers, external medical providers to oversee and promote the health and safety of clients throughout the treatment process.

Relationships and Contacts

Within the organization : Initiates and maintains frequent and close working relationships with staff, clients, families, facility, and peers throughout the organization.

Outside the organization : Initiates and maintains strong professional relationships with clinical providers, referral partners and vendors, as needed.
