  • Specialty Backup Available : Physiatry; potential Neurology or Anesthesiology support
  • Support Staff Available : RN and MA support
  • Reason for Coverage : Need for outpatient botox spasticity management coverage

  • Botox injections for spasticity management

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active VT license (or ability to obtain)
  • Board : Board Certified in Physiatry preferred (Neurology, Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology)
  • DEA : Active DEA Certification
  • Certifications : BLS
  • Experience : Experience with botox for spasticity management preferred
  • Other Qualifications : Ability to practice independently

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide outpatient spasticity management
  • Perform botox injections for appropriate patient cases
  • Maintain clinic workflow two days per week
  • Collaborate with existing physiatry program
  • Document accurately in Epic EMR
