Senior Electrical Engineer – Energy & Power

Hybrid | Multiple U.S. Locations

Base Salary Range : ~ $130,000 – $200,000 DOE

Join a leading engineering firm’s expanding Energy & Power team focused on delivering innovative, sustainable energy solutions. We seek a Senior Electrical Engineer (PE preferred) with strong utility and power experience to lead projects, mentor staff, and support critical energy infrastructure across the U.S.

Your Responsibilities :

Lead electrical engineering design and advisory teams on utility-scale power projects

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Mentor junior engineers and support business development efforts

Provide expertise in power distribution, generation, substations, renewables, and power system modeling

Assist with proposal development and project planning

Who You Are :

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

~ 10+ years in electrical engineering focused on utility and power projects

Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (any U.S. state) – Highly Preferred

Proficient with power system modeling tools (SKM, ETAP, etc.)

Strong communicator with client engagement skills

Willing to travel up to 50% and work hybrid (3 days / week REMOTE; 2 days / week in office or client site)

Located near or open to relocating to Ft. Worth TX, Greenville SC, Denver CO, Philadelphia PA, Cary NC, or Chicago IL
