Associate
The ASSOCIATE is responsible for crafting our gourmet popcorn and will be responsible for the final stage of our popcorn production process and package all outgoing orders, including online, wholesale, and pop-up event orders. You will be responsible for creating a variety of popcorn flavors, strictly adhering to recipes, and ensuring precise ingredient measurements. Operating multiple machines efficiently is a key part of this role. Additionally, the Associate will be required to maintain meticulous records of ingredients used and batch information for quality documentation purposes. The Associate will be responsible for measuring finished popcorn to the appropriate fill amount and packaging it into our branded bags, cups, or sample bags. The Associate will operate packaging machines and perform these tasks manually as needed. Documenting packaging dates, times, and batches is essential for maintaining quality records. The Associate will package all outgoing orders, including online, wholesale, and pop-up event orders. The Associate will select the appropriate popcorn bags for each order, document their contents, and package the finished product into shipping boxes or pop-up event bags. This role involves learning how to ship products through various carriers and using shipping labels and paperwork. The Associate’s responsibilities will include the maintenance of cleanliness and sanitation in the production area, all machines and equipment, remaining organized and keeping workstations tidy.
Prepare a diverse range of gourmet popcorn flavors following specified recipes.
Measure and fill popcorn bags, cups, and sample bags accurately.
Prepare orders by selecting and documenting the correct popcorn products.
