Overview :

• Client Patient Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring seamless, high-quality care for patients throughout their referral journey.
• They serve as a key liaison between clients, referring veterinarians, and internal medical teams, helping to coordinate care with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy.
