To be considered you should have :

• 10+ years hands on legal assistant / paralegal experience with prior exposure to many diverse areas of litigation
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with a true leadership mentality
• Strong technical and database experience
• A stable work history and excellent references
• A strong mentor / team player type of personality that seeks to build and develop those around them
• A BA degree in a business management related field is a huge plus although prior supervisory experience will be considered in lieu of degree
