Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with attorneys in other legal areas. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in the state of Washington. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing complex legal documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
