Job Description

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor safety compliance and enforce best practices on-site. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and transparency.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contracts. Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools. Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
