Wound Care Certified RN. 9a-5p. 70% in office, RN may be retired to travel to patients home (MA, BKLYN, BX & QU) to complete wound care consults. 15-20 consults a day. Current NY License required as Wound Care Nurse or Wound Ostomy Care Nurse. BSN required.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Certified Home Health Agency or post-acute care facility. Minimum of 2 years of Public / Community Health and 2 years medical / surgical experience required. Previous experience in PI, i.e., knowledge of PI applications, tools and techniques and knowledge of the development, coordination and facilitation of PI programs. Previous experience using various computer software applications : i.e., Word, Excel, Access, etc.
