Pay rate : $45/hr on W2 and Max conversion is $83k
Shift : 8:30 am PST depending on location in US and flexible.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sr. Proposal Specialist to lead the development of strategic proposals in response to moderate to highly complex RFPs. This role is ideal for a proposal professional with strong project management, communication, and writing skills who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will serve as a proposal strategist, working cross-functionally with corporate and field business partners, including senior leadership, to create compelling, client-focused proposals that align with company goals and market positioning.
