Design Strategy Manager Fully Remote
The Moore Group is seeking a Design Strategy Manager to support our client Pfizer. This person would support strategic design initiatives within Pfizer digital that align user needs, business goals, and innovation-maximizing value realization.
This role is highly collaborative to achieve project objectives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop project plans ensuring all design strategy and value insights activities are understood, scoped and planned for.
- Lead project phases including framing, current state mapping, data analysis (qualitative and quantitative), insight generation, future state mapping etc.
- Conduct data gathering exercises (surveys, interviews, focus groups, workshops etc.) and generate data-driven insights / recommendations to increase digital value impact (i.e., enhance user experience, increase solution effectiveness etc.).
- Translate insights and strategies into tangible design proposals to inspire and advance innovation
- Design and facilitate stakeholder engagements that foster shared understanding of complex processes, enable alignment and drive strategic decision making.
- Manage overall project execution, providing coaching and feedback where necessary.
- Apply your extensive multi-disciplinary design knowledge to define methodologies, drive best practices and support the evolution of our Design Strategy and Value Insights capability.
- Design and facilitate strategy and innovation workshops (online / hybrid).
- Proficiency with Miro and Figma to support collaborative design activities and visualization of workflows.
- Deliver visual outputs that drive strategic decision making e.g., service blueprints, system maps, user journeys, personas, innovation roadmaps, future state concepts etc.
