Role Specifics and Benefits : In this assignment, you'll evaluate patients with musculoskeletal conditions, design and implement individualized therapy plans, select appropriate modalities, and monitor progress toward functional goals. You will perform initial evaluations, formulate short- and long-term goals, document progress, and adjust treatment strategies in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and PT assistants. Your responsibilities include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, edema control, and functional activity simulation to restore daily living activities and return-to-work capabilities. You'll educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies, while maintaining meticulous, HIPAA-compliant documentation and data collection for outcomes tracking.
