Do you have what it takes?

• Lead Management, not assistant, experience in BIM / VDC on large-scale vertical, civil and infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural systems, with experience in transportation projects a plus
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and BIM 360 / ACC
• Experience leading model coordination meetings with design consultants and trade partners
• Understanding of clash detection, 4D modeling, and model-based quantity extraction
• Ability to collaborate with scheduling and cost teams to integrate model data into project controls
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred

Compensation

Base salary in the $130K–$160K range depending on experience, plus annual performance bonus, full benefits, PTO, and growth potential. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
