A well-established and premier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team.

Responsibilities :
Perform a variety of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including, but not limited to, dental extractions, implant placement, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma management, and pathology.Collaborate with referring dentists and physicians to deliver comprehensive care.Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring clear communication and treatment options.Manage patient flow efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of care.Participate in practice growth initiatives, including maintaining and building relationships with referring professionals.Adhere to the ethical and professional standards of the practice.Assist in mentoring and guiding future associates, if applicable, once partnership is achieved.Qualifications :
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.Graduate of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery program.Valid state license to practice as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.Ability to build relationships with patients, team members, and referring professionals.Desire to contribute to the growth and success of the practice.Flexible, reliable, and committed to a balanced professional and personal life.Additional Information :
