Senior Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit highly specialized technical talent (e.g., software engineers, cloud architects, cybersecurity specialists, DevOps engineers, data scientists, infrastructure engineers, product managers, and technical program managers).
- Source passive and active candidates through advanced techniques including Boolean, X-Ray searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Review resumes for technical qualifications, relevant industry experience, and cultural alignment.
- Conduct initial technical screens and behavioral interviews; assess candidate skills in areas such as coding, system design, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Partner with hiring managers to create tailored job descriptions, interview scorecards, and structured interview processes.
- Prepare and deliver competitive job offers, balancing internal equity, compensation benchmarking, and market competitiveness.
- Maintain ATS accuracy and integrity (Workday, Greenhouse, or equivalent), ensuring compliance with EEOC, OFCCP, and company reporting standards.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality to refine sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Technology leadership on workforce planning, forecasting, and strategic hiring initiatives.
- Build talent pipelines for high-demand technical skills through networking, events, referrals, university outreach, and diversity-focused initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, including staffing agencies and executive search partners, as needed.
Qualifications
57+ years of corporate recruiting experience focused on technology roles.Proven track record of hiring in at least three technical domains (e.g., software development, cloud, data, cybersecurity).Advanced sourcing expertise using Boolean logic, market mapping, and technical platforms.Strong experience using ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS).Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and recruiting analytics.Experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology preferred.Bachelor's degree required; technical or HR-related field a plus.Salary range $110,000.00- $130,000.00. Bonus Eligible. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
