Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

Respond to student and client inquiries via email and phone in a clear professional manner.

Assist individuals with course-related questions enrollment processes and general support needs.

Troubleshoot basic issues and ensure concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.

Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups to ensure consistent support.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve more complex matters.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support workflows and service standards.
