Job descriptionProvide comprehensive medical care to elderly patients with various health conditions Manage and oversee the treatment plans for patients in subacute rehab and long-term care settings Diagnose and treat acute and chronic diseases prevalent in geriatric patients Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes Utilize the PointClickCare EMR system for documentation and management of patient records Required Board Certifications : Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required Must meet credentialing requirements, including a proficient reference from the most recent supervisory position No gaps exceeding 6 months on CV without a valid explanation Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities
