About the role :

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Commercial NA Service, this person will lead the North America Service Renewal team with 10 direct reports. The team is comprised of 9 renewal representatives and 1 manager of the Service Contract Team, who has 5 direct reports.

As Manager, Service Contracts we will rely on you to evolve the service renewals group and processes and engage your team to proactively manage service renewals and the expansion of those renewals to accelerate growth. You will execute service strategy and work closely with the commercial service team and the sales team to maximize the effectiveness of our overall service channels to deliver goals and objectives.

This position will be based in our Loveland, CO office.

In this role, you will :

  • Develop service sales strategies / plans and reporting systems to monitor and measure service renewal performance output.
  • Manage and measure performance by using KPIs. Problem-solve and institute countermeasures where appropriate to achieve goals.
  • Drive service renewal results by guiding the team on the on-time renewal process, renewal expansion, and funnel management
  • Manage all aspects of our annual performance review process
  • Where appropriate, leverage Veralto Best Practice to refine Hach's service contracts team operational standards, organizational structure, and service levels to meet Hach's strategic needs
  • Develop, refine, and administer compensation and incentive programs per Hach's Sales Compensation Manager
  • Implement creative promotional programs and develop cross-sell / up-sell skills of the team
  • Drive associate engagement within the department and cross-functionally for the company and associates.

The essential requirements of the job include :

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • 5+ years of experience with service contracts, renewals, and / or sales
  • BA or BS degree in Business or Management, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience using CRMs including Compass or Salesforce a plus

    US ONLY : The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $105,000 - $115,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
