This Opportunity :

Assistant Laboratory Manager - Reno

Certerra – Black Eagle Consulting Assistant Laboratory Manager assists the Laboratory Division Manager in all reporting and billing aspects of the laboratory operations, including documenting daily workflow schedules, assigning personnel, and processing final reports and billing, while adhering to company standards and client needs.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Operational Roles

• Supervise daily laboratory activities and provide a weekly workflow schedule
• Process and deliver laboratory reports for final review and signature by the Laboratory Division Manager
• Process and deliver laboratory billing to project accountant on a weekly basis
• Coordinate equipment calibration schedules and documentation
• Assist Laboratory Division Manager in maintaining AASHTO accreditation
• Organize proficiency sample testing schedules
• Communicate laboratory test results with project managers and clients
• Perform laboratory testing, as needed
