Position Summary :
The Digital Print Production Operator is an integral member of the Client's Print Services Team, responsible for providing comprehensive print production support to all lines of business within the client as well as shared services teams such as accounting, legal, leadership training, and facilities. The primary objective of this role is to efficiently operate digital printing equipment (black and white / color) and complete all related production tasks to maximize output while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate small- and large-format printers, multifunction slitters / cutters, and finish projects end-to-end (lamination, foam-core mounting, decal installs, binding, grommeting).
- Oversee routine printer maintenance-cleaning, tray alignment, and color calibration-and coordinate with printer technicians for repairs or part replacements.
- Coordinate project details, status updates, and feedback with the Print Services Manager
- Safely handle materials and staging with proper lifting and storage practices.
Qualifications :
Availability for a Monday Friday, 9 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM scheduleFile-prep fundamentals (bleed, crop marks, imposition), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Slitter / cutter operation for business cards, postcards, etc.High School Diploma or equivalent work experience2 3 years in print production preferredGraphic design experience desiredExperience with EFI Fiery (or equivalent RIP) is preferred.Skills and Competencies :
