Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Wellness

Location : Coachella Valley, CA

Specialty : Family Medicine or Adult Medicine

Requirements :

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
3+ years in urgent / primary care; senior care experience preferred.
Willingness to work across specified locations.
Spanish language proficiency and NextGen EMR experience are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits :

$141,440 base salary with up to $30,000 bonus potential.
