Training Manager
The Training Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering training to all hourly and salaried associates in the Environmental Services department of a local hospital.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver all new-hire training and education of existing staff members in both one-on-one and small group settings
- Customize training documentation forms as required
- Prepare a detailed outline of account-specific training programs for the Environmental Services department
- Prepare monthly reports of training activity and statistics
- Liaison with other Training Coordinators, Corporate HR and Training staff and unit resources
- Develops and implements effective training materials by utilizing a variety of media
- Ensures consistent and effective implementation of learning & development platforms across the organization
- Partners with subject matter experts to drive innovative training solutions which impact business metrics and organizational effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications :
