Position Overview The Music & Culture Coordinator – Admin provides critical administrative and operational support to the Music & Culture team, helping to ensure the successful execution of programming across all venues. This role supports contracts, budgeting, ticketing, and artist payments while coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners to keep the department organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracting processes and maintain contract tracking systems
- Create, track, and reconcile event budgets and P&Ls
- Process artist payments and coordinate with finance and accounting
- Maintain accurate BEO (Banquet Event Order) calendars and event info across platforms
- Maintain internal calendars for key programming and financial dates
- Liaise with artist teams on logistics including travel, hospitality, and deliverables
- Organize documentation for work permits, visas, and tax requirements
- Support Music & Culture events onsite and coordinate wrap reports post-show

Weekly meetings with the Music & Culture DirectorDirect collaboration with : ○ Finance Team : Payments, coding, and reconciliation○ Production Team : Technical rider needs and advancing
