ABR Employment is seeking dependable Assembly Operators to join a reputable manufacturing team in Mayville, WI . This position offers consistent daytime hours in a clean, team-oriented environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants steady, long-term employment.

Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 5 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Pay : $15.00 / hour

Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate small assembly and bindery-style equipment
• Perform hand assembly, inspection, and packaging tasks
• Read and follow work orders to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Inspect and prepare finished parts for shipping or further processing
• Maintain production goals and accurate records of completed work
• Assist in training new employees as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
