Your primary mission as the Business Development Executive - Facility Solutions is to drive growth by prospecting and developing new facility programs. These include janitorial, sanitary, cleaning, safety, and breakroom supplies. Engage with a vast array of customers, including local, regional, and national businesses across various sectors like commercial, healthcare, higher education, state and local government, long-term care, and manufacturing.
Key responsibilities :
- Engage with external customers from initial prospecting to contract negotiations and implementation.
- Communicate opportunity parameters to leadership and coordinate with pricing teams to craft winning proposals.
- Design engaging customer presentations using PowerPoint or other creative mediums.
- Negotiate contract terms and ensure effective internal and external legal routing processes.
- Maintain a strategic account opportunity list for your region to effectively manage your sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with various departments to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other proposal requests.
- Partner with manufacturers to generate leads and negotiate pricing for impactful programmatic opportunities.

A minimum of 3 years of outside B2B sales experience.Proven success in selling janitorial, sanitation, cleaning supplies, breakroom, safety, and related products.Experience with enterprise-sized accounts in an outside sales capacity.Demonstrated analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Strong networking capabilities, particularly on social media and within various organizations and cooperatives.Preferred qualifications :
