Job descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any suspicious or unusual activity during patrols within the location. Assist visitors, tenants, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders as needed during incidents at the location. Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and activities during each shift. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. This position is primarily a driving post and is preferred for candidates with driving experience. Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Professional - Retail Mall Patrol Driver
As a Security Professional - Retail Mall Patrol Driver in Mililani, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a retail or mall location. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will contribute to a welcoming environment for guests and tenants. This is a driving post, where you will be responsible for monitoring assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
