We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Team Lead to guide our remote data analytics team. This role is ideal for a senior-level professional who is passionate about building scalable data solutions, mentoring a distributed team, and transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights.

As the Data Team Lead, you'll manage a team of analysts, oversee data strategy, and deliver business-critical insights that inform executive decisions.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Mentor : Manage and coach a team of data analysts, ensuring quality deliverables and professional growth.
• Strategic Reporting : Oversee the development of dashboards and automated reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).
• Executive Insights : Present clear, actionable findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Process Optimization : Streamline ETL pipelines and resolve inefficiencies across data workflows.
• Data Governance : Champion data quality, accuracy, and documentation best practices.
• Client Collaboration : Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure business alignment on data projects.
