Business Development Manager – Hospice (Gaylord, MI & Surrounding Areas)

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Gaylord, MI and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, building strong community partnerships, and representing an organization known for exceptional hospice care.

What You’ll Do :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, facilities, and other referral sources.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and advocate for The Care Team Hospice in the community.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies to grow census and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure best-in-class patient experiences.
  • Stay informed on market trends, referral patterns, and competitor positioning.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Someone connected and involved in the community, with strong networking skills.
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, nursing, or social work preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
