Full-Time or Part-Time | $17.00–$21.00 / hr | Paid RBT Training

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Behavior Technicians (BTs) help children with autism develop communication, social, and independence skills through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

No experience? No problem! We’ll pay for your training and guide you through the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification process so you can start a rewarding, long-term career helping children reach their potential.

Position Highlights

  • Setting : Clinic-based ABA therapy (Richmond, VA)
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday; occasional Saturdays available based on client needs and your availability
  • Status : Full-time or part-time
  • Reports To : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Pay : $17.00–$21.00 / hr (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in the clinic setting
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans created by your BCBA supervisor
  • Collect and record session data accurately using digital tools
  • Encourage communication, social interaction, and self-help skill development
  • Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for each child
  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Passion for helping children learn and grow
  • Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must pass a background check and complete training requirements
