At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Behavior Technicians (BTs) help children with autism develop communication, social, and independence skills through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
No experience? No problem! We’ll pay for your training and guide you through the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification process so you can start a rewarding, long-term career helping children reach their potential.
Position Highlights
- Setting : Clinic-based ABA therapy (Richmond, VA)
- Schedule : Monday–Friday; occasional Saturdays available based on client needs and your availability
- Status : Full-time or part-time
- Reports To : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Pay : $17.00–$21.00 / hr (based on experience)
What You’ll Do
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in the clinic settingImplement individualized treatment and behavior plans created by your BCBA supervisorCollect and record session data accurately using digital toolsEncourage communication, social interaction, and self-help skill developmentFoster a positive, engaging learning environment for each childQualifications
