Software Development Lead

A company is looking for a Software Development Lead to join their team remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide design leadership for the assigned project

Define and recommend process improvements impacting the entire software project

Ensure all completed work follows best practices and engineering standards

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in software development

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Proficiency in .NET and REST API development

Strong knowledge of relational databases and expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies
