As a Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate Patrols in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and responding to alarms while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule : Day Time
Monday to Friday 05 : 00 AM - 01 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents and daily activities.Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and reporting any concerns as needed.Complete required reports and documentation accurately and promptly as part of daily responsibilities.What We're Looking For :

Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.Loss prevention experience is preferred.Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.Experience with alarm panels is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
