Job Description

Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shift : Monday - Friday with rotating weekends and holidays

Experience : Minimum of 1 year

License : Active IL license required

Certifications : BLS, Valid driver's license & insurance

Must-Have : Wound vac experience

Description :

The position involves providing compassionate care to patients in a hospice setting.

Clinicians will see an average of 6 patients each day.

Support is available from a clinical team 24 / 7.

Home health and hospice aides are part of the care team.

Shifts are structured as 8-hour shifts.

Every sixth weekend is required for coverage.

There are no holiday requirements for this position.

There is no call or standby requirement associated with this role.

The dress code is flexible, allowing for any color scrubs.

The role includes a combination of classroom training and hands-on experience with a preceptor.
