The 2nd Shift Parts Operations Manager oversees all evening operations for the parts counter, phone room, drivers, and warehouse teams.
This role ensures warehouse accuracy, timely pulling and stocking of parts, and proper setup of driver routes in accordance with Elite Extra procedures.
The manager will also handle any customer issues that arise during the shift and ensure staffing levels are appropriate to meet customer demand.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee parts counter, phone room, warehouse and delivery employees, ensuring all tasks are assigned and completed in a timely and accurate manner for 2 nd and 3 rd shift Provide support in addressing and resolving any customer or delivery concerns that arise during the shift Research daily inventory adjustments in partnership with Parts Manager and Warehouse & Delivery Manager Oversee processing of returns, PARs, Excess, and vendor returns to ensure company policies are followed Ensure display areas are fully stocked, accurately priced, and updated with sale or seasonal items Review aged parts and coordinate special returns for aged items to be sent back to vendor Support Mobile Maintenance operations, including inventory scheduling for trucks, running inventory reports, and working with back counter reps to correct vehicle stocking levels Any additional tasks as assigned Qualifications : High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of transportation or logistics experience.
- Valid drivers license.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits :
Compensation : $65,000-70,000.Salary will be determined based on experience, competencies, certifications and education.Benefits :
