We're looking for motivated Assemblers to join their growing production team on 1st shift . What You'll Do

Assemble products within assigned work cells, following detailed manufacturing processes.

Work with a variety of tools and equipment, including ultrasonic welders, resistance welders, TIG welders, and cleaning systems.

Maintain high attention to detail — assembling products with a low defect rate (

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency.

Support additional production and assembly tasks as assigned.

Shift & Pay

Hours : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (Monday–Friday)

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hour

Type : Temp-to-Hire — with full-time opportunities and career advancement available!

What You Bring

Ability to follow instructions, read blueprints, and interpret bills of material.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Basic RoHS soldering skills (preferred).

Manual dexterity and solid hand-eye coordination.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for most of your shift.

Preferred Experience

6+ months of assembly or manufacturing experience.

Familiarity with testing equipment such as leak testers or calibration tools.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Details : $18.00 per hour
