Field Superintendent Residential Flooring & Tile

The Field Superintendent is responsible for managing people, materials, and the execution of residential flooring and tile installation projects. This role focuses primarily on new home construction projects with home builders, with secondary responsibility for homeowner projects and remodels.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in residential flooring and tile installation, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with builders, subcontractors, and homeowners.

Key responsibilities include overseeing multiple residential flooring and tile projects from start to finish, conducting pre-job and in-progress site visits to ensure job readiness, quality, and safety, coordinating and managing field teams and subcontractors to meet schedules, productivity, and budget goals, maintaining strong relationships with home builders, site supervisors, and homeowners, reviewing project details, plans, and specifications with crews before job start, monitoring daily progress and costs to ensure maximum efficiency and quality, and representing Jack Laurie Group with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications include a proven background in residential flooring and tile installation, the ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications, excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred, a clean background check and valid driver's license required, and a 2- or 4-year degree preferred but not required.
