• For This Position, We Offer :
• Salary ranging from $130,000 - $180,000; however, the base salary offered to an eligible candidate may vary based on skills and overall experience. This information is provided per Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunities Act.
• Uncapped annual performance-based bonus opportunities

• Qualifications :

We’re looking for an attorney who is both a strong advocate, a compassionate counselor, and a dedicated member of the family law team. Key qualifications include :

• Minimum of three (3) years of family law litigation experience
• Sound organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to understand, analyze, interpret, and convey complex information and concepts
• Demonstrated record of excellent client service
• Commitment to work both individually and within a team
• Perspective and work ethic that combine professionalism with authenticity and good humor
• Admitted to and active member of the Washington State Bar Association. xuwmhxw
