We are currently accepting applications for a Project Management role to join our Atlanta team.

Essential Functions

• Manage a variety of new construction, repair and reconstruction project(s) through the entire project life-cycle
• Leverage knowledge of construction methodologies, project delivery, and contracts
• Estimate, manage costs, and meet project deadlines
• Develop and manage the budget and resource allocations for multiple projects
• Develop and collaborate on pre-construction RFP packages
• Manage submittals, RFIs, RFPs, SWAs, EWOs, PCOs, material procurement strategy and logistics
• Coordinate professionals of varying disciplines
• Communicate updates, changes, and concerns in a clear and organized manner, written or oral
• Identify and facilitate resolution of issues
• Travel to job sites as needed, up to 50%. Our Atlanta office serves our southeast markets which include GA, TN, KY, NC, SC, FL, AL and MS.
