On Site - Near Green, Ohio

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Salary : $80k-$90k

Key Responsibilities (Cost Accountant) :

Maintain and develop standard costing methods, including setting labor, material, and overhead rates

Monitor production activity daily and investigate cost variances to ensure accuracy and transparency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and correct Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings

Qualifications (Cost Accountant) :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

3 years of cost accounting or manufacturing accounting experience
