Product Coordinator

The Product Coordinator role with Spring Footwear provides direct support to the Director of Merchandising on all aspects of running the business to achieve planned company objectives. This includes, but is not limited to : factory sample order management, brand and product assortment building, product information and specification development, visual merchandising, and other projects as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in a related field; or comparable work experience in lieu of degree
• Prior Retail / Merchandising / Product experience in footwear or fashion preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated strong planning and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong detail orientation
• Ability to multi task
• Ability to prioritize
• Ability to think analytically and be a problem solver
• Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
• Ability to work well in a team environment with a diverse group
