Job Opportunity : Full-Time Anesthesiologist in Jackson, MI

As an Anesthesiologist with fellowship training in Critical Care, you'll play a critical role in delivering quality patient care within a thriving ICU and surgical team. Job Responsibilities :

• Provide 8 12 weeks of service per year in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), including home call coverage.
• Oversee a growing team of Advanced Practice Providers managing complex post-operative patients.
• Deliver comprehensive anesthesia services, including general operating room coverage, obstetric anesthesia, and healthy pediatric cases.
• Share OR call duties proportionally based on ICU coverage.
• Participate in clinical decision-making, protocol development, and care coordination.
• Engage in teaching and mentoring opportunities with residents and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Utilize Epic EMR for seamless and integrated patient documentation.
• Join an innovative department focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Must be available to start ASAP.
• Open to H1B and J1 Visa candidates.
