Job Summary :

We are helping our clients find a skilled and motivated Fabricator / Warehouse Lead to join our team in Gastonia, NC . Candidates need to speak both English and Spanish . This dual-role position requires hands-on fabrication expertise and the ability to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will fabricate parts and components per technical drawings while also leading inventory control, shipping / receiving, and material handling within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities : Fabrication Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or work orders
• Cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand tools, welding equipment, or machines
• Perform layout, fitting, and final finishing work
• Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
• Operate CNC machines, shears, grinders, and other shop equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe fabrication area

Warehouse Lead Duties
