Compensation : $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Role Summary

As a Preferred Car Wash Greeter , you’ll oversee the Preferred Owner Check-In process at Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. From greeting Guests and confirming appointments to documenting vehicle conditions and guiding customers to the lounge, you’ll ensure every interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable.

What You’ll Do

Warmly Greet Guests as they arrive, with a smile and personalized welcome.

Locate Appointments in the Xtime system and verify the Guest is part of the Preferred Owner Program.

Inspect and Document Vehicles using an iPad and the 360 camera system, identifying any pre-existing damage and taking high-quality photos.

Apply Service Tags inside the vehicle and attach the key tag properly.

Obtain Guest Acknowledgment on the Service Tag or Service Agreement.

Secure Vehicle Keys by placing them in the designated cup holder location.

Direct Guests courteously to the Fletcher Jones Guest Services for their continued experience.

Ensure the check-in process runs smoothly, promptly, and professionally.

Additional tasks may be assigned based on dealership needs.

Highly responsible, professional, and dependable

Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual vehicles

Skilled at driving and parking in tight spaces

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to maintain composure in a high-traffic environment

Basic computer and iPad navigation skills

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or auto service preferred

Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills

Willingness to multi-task and support multiple departments as needed

Stand, walk, and greet customers throughout their shift

Use hands and arms for data input and photo capture

Occasionally kneel, crouch, or reach into vehicle interiors

Lift / move up to 25 pounds

Maintain clear vision and depth perception to operate vehicles safely
