Pharmaceutical Diagnostics Role

We have a solid and growing pipeline and need to build our team. This role provides operational oversight over clinical studies dose delivery, including demand planning. The role will oversee that the dose ordering mechanisms work seamlessly across our clinical studies across our CMO network and in collaboration with CROs and internal partners. Our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams. Used throughout all major disease area diagnostic and treatment pathways, PDx products support four patients every second around the world.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee the dose ordering process and demand planning for all new clinical R&D studies.
  • Work closely with all of our R&D Clinical Projects, to ensure mechanisms and procedures for investigational medicinal product (IMP) Supply is well planned and coordinated.
  • Establish dose ordering and delivery mechanisms between CMO and clinical sites, including transportation mechanisms where required.
  • Coordinate dose orders between clinical centers and CMO across all NPIs studies.
  • Track and report dose orders and dose delivery to supply team, finance and project team.
  • Coordinate shipment of containers / return to CMOs as necessary.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders (Cross-functional discussion with clinical, pharma, IST) to make sure the contracts are up to date to serve the programs with expected supplies need. Following up with the progress of the addition of new studies into appendix of PET CMO contract (GEHC Sponsored, ISTs, Pharma).
  • Develop and further improve ways of working.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED).
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals manufacturing operations planning or data analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with wide network across internal and external teams.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, detail-oriented, and schedule-driven. Quality mindset.
  • Have the ability to work in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment and prioritize work as assigned.
  • Ability to regularly work across time zones and cultures. Limited travel expected. (max of 10%).
  • Desired Characteristics

  • Experience with PET / Radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, research or development.
  • Well versed in GMP requirements.
  • Familiar with Lean toolbox.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, triage, and resolve problems.
  • Experience using SAP / SSP / Agora, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $115,200.00-$172,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI).
