THE POSITION

City Arts and Leadership seeks a Family and Enrollment Coordinator to organize and coordinate family partnerships and student enrollment outreach.

The Family and Enrollment Coordinator (FEC) will create and implement systems to bring in parents and community partners to support enrollment, student attendance, achievement, career exploration, and college readiness. The position will collaborate closely with school Administration and Support Office Operations teammates and report to the Principal.

LOCATION & HOURS

This position is onsite at our school campus and will require participation in local community and / or enrollment events. Because these events may happen on nights and / or weekends, this role requires planned availability outside of regular school hours.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive pay with benefits, pay commensurate with education and experience range hourly $31-37 per hour.

This role includes an annual $5,000 City Arts and Leadership Supplement in addition to the hourly rate.

This is a full time, 12-month, non-exempt, 40 hours per week position.

If you are offered this position, your hourly pay rate will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and / or experience. In addition to those factors, Envision Education complies with applicable pay equity laws and considers internal equity among current employees when developing the final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the base range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.  We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
