  • Location : Towson, MD 21204 (Maryland healthcare jobs)\n
  • Assignment Length : 12 weeks\n
  • Start Date : December 1, 2025\n
  • Shift : 4x10-hour day shifts (Monday–Thursday, 06 : 30–17 : 00)\n
  • Hours per Week : 40\n
  • On-Call : 1–2 Fridays per month (07 : 00–15 : 00); holidays as scheduled\n
  • Unit : 2 Cath Labs, 1 Hybrid OR\n
  • Patient Population : Adult and Geriatric\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $2,370 - $2,540 per week\n

    • \n\nCath Lab RN Qualifications\n \n

  • Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab Registered Nurse experience\n
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license (valid at time of submission)\n
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)\n
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification\n
  • Experience with Epic charting system\n
  • Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)\n
  • Ability to float within hospital as needed\n
  • Two professional references (one supervisor / manager and one charge RN)\n
  • Comfortable with on-call and holiday coverage\n
  • First-time travel nurses welcome\n

    • \n\nCath Lab Nurse Responsibilities\n \n

  • Assist with cardiac and electrophysiology procedures : IABP, Rotablator, Shockwave, Structural, PFO, TAVR, MitralClip, Watchman\n
  • Operate advanced equipment : GE Innova IGS, Phillips, GE MacLab, EPIC, IVUS, FFR\n
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safety and optimal outcomes\n
  • Administer medications, manage IV infusions, and respond to emergencies\n
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams : IV, respiratory, radiology, pharmacy\n
  • Participate in on-call rotation and holiday coverage\n
  • Maintain infection prevention and adhere to hospital policies\n
