Senior Machine Learning Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Manager, Gen AI & Knowledge AI.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the vision, design, and execution of LLM-powered AI products, including system architecture and user experience

Build and manage a cross-disciplinary team, fostering a culture of ownership and mentorship

Shape the technical roadmap for GenAI search and ensure continuous improvement in deployed features

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in ML, search, or backend engineering roles, with 3+ years in leadership

Proven track record of delivering ML-powered or LLM-integrated user-facing products

Experience with RAG systems and deep expertise in either modeling or engineering

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred

Familiarity with GenAI evaluation methods and LLM ecosystems
