Job Summary :

We are working with a PE firm looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join their team as a Private Equity Associate. Our client is a leading middle‑market private equity firm with

$700M AUM , investing out of

Fund II

and preparing to raise

Fund III . The firm focuses on founder‑led businesses in consumer and business services, typically with

EBITDA of $4-$5M . Deal teams are lean and collaborative, providing Associates with meaningful exposure across all aspects of the transaction.

Requirements

Experience :

2 years in Investment Banking (regional firms preferred)

Sector Exposure :

Generalist background in consumer, business services, or industrials.

Education :

Strong GPA required. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Mindset :

Investor mentality, proactive, high integrity, strategic thinker. Passion for investing demonstrated through personal or academic involvement.

Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
